About drifting & Styling

The Drift & Styling DVD is shot in Denmark and Italy and gives a good insight into what drifting is, how to learn to drive, how to style your RC car and how to tune and set your car up for drifting.

Drifting

RC Drifting can be an art. It requires training to get there, but it can be learned.

On the DVD you can learn to drive as the Italian champions, the DTI (Drifting Team Italia). DTI is among the world’s best at RC drifting, and on this DVD they give away some of the secrets. They give detailed examples of how you best get through the turns. They show some exercises which can make you much better at running. You’ll also get tips on how to set up your car to a maximum drifting.

 

 

Styling

Casper Heiberg is one of Denmark’s best RC-body painters. He examines step-by-step how to get his car to look like real a real drifting car. On the DVD, you learn both the basic techniques and advanced techniques of how to paint, style and upgrade your RC car. He shows examples of nice enhancements to the cars, and has his say on how a car should look.

In addition, there is a very detailed review of how to adjust the car up to drift, so you can get more out of the car, and avoid destroyed electronics. It is both for beginners and advanced drivers. You can also learn how to make your own track to drive on, what materials are good to use as a base, and guards.

Learn about the history of drifting. How it all began and where the sport comes from. See drift at full size. The Italian super-drift driver, Salvatore Febbruari tells about how to drift in a real drift car scale 1:1 and shows different drift techniques. The techniques transfers easely to the RC car. There are cool pictures from the Super Drift challenge at Adria raceway in Italy, where the great champions give it full throttle on the track with smoke and steam and some screaming tires.
